- 오류 / Bug: 페이지 주소, 기기·브라우저, 발생 순서와 기대한 결과. Page URL, device, browser, steps and expected result.
- 콘텐츠 정정 / Correction: 페이지와 해당 문장, 잘못된 이유 또는 참고 출처. Page, exact passage, reason or supporting source.
- 결제 / Billing: 결제 계정 이메일과 거래 식별 정보. Account email and transaction reference.
비밀번호, 로그인 코드, 복구 키, 카드 전체 번호는 보내지 마세요. 스크린샷의 개인 일정은 가리고 첨부하세요. / Do not send passwords, login codes, recovery keys or full card numbers. Hide private schedule details in screenshots.
