본 약관은 Circloser(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 24Houring(https://24houring.com, 이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 서비스를 이용하거나 Pro 구독을 구매함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을, 결제·환불은 환불·취소 정책을 함께 확인하세요. These Terms govern your use of 24Houring (the “Service”), provided by Circloser (the “Operator”). By using the Service or purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to these Terms. See also our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. 서비스 개요 / The service

서비스는 하루 24시간을 원형 시간표로 계획하는 웹 도구입니다. 대부분의 기능은 무료이며 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있고, 시간표·메모·일기·환경설정은 기본적으로 이용자 기기(브라우저)에 저장됩니다. 선택 사항으로 로그인 및 Pro 구독을 통해 여러 기기 간 클라우드 동기화 등 부가 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

24Houring is a web tool for planning a 24-hour day as a circular timetable. Most features are free and need no account; your data is stored on your device by default. Optionally, signing in and a Pro subscription enable add-on features such as cross-device cloud sync.

2. 계정 및 로그인 / Accounts

클라우드 동기화를 사용하려면 제3자 인증(예: Google)으로 로그인해야 합니다. 이용자는 계정 접근에 대한 관리 책임이 있으며, 무단 사용을 알게 된 경우 운영자에게 통지해야 합니다. 운영자는 본 약관 위반, 부정 사용, 또는 법령 위반이 있는 경우 계정 이용을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.

Cloud sync requires signing in via a third-party provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for safeguarding your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, misuse, or unlawful activity.

3. Pro 구독 및 결제 / Pro subscription & payments

판매대행(Merchant of Record): Pro 구독 결제는 결제 처리 파트너인 Polar가 판매대행자(merchant of record)로서 처리합니다. 결제 시 Polar가 판매자로 표시되며, Polar의 약관 및 개인정보 처리 방침이 결제 거래에 함께 적용됩니다. 세금(부가가치세 등)은 관련 법령 및 거주 지역에 따라 부과·표시될 수 있습니다.

Merchant of record: Pro subscription payments are processed by Polar acting as merchant of record; Polar appears as the seller at checkout, and Polar’s terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment transaction. Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) may be added based on your location. Pro is a monthly subscription with a 1-month free trial; fees are those shown at checkout. You are not charged during the trial, and it does not auto-renew or auto-charge when the trial ends. We notify you before the trial ends; to keep Pro you must actively continue (pay). If you do nothing, the trial ends and Pro access stops (you return to the free plan). Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. 이용자 데이터 및 콘텐츠 / Your data & content

이용자가 서비스에 입력한 시간표·메모·일기 등 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 운영자는 서비스 제공(예: 요청 시 동기화)을 위해 필요한 범위에서만 해당 데이터를 처리합니다. 데이터 저장·동기화·종단간 암호화(일기 잠금)에 관한 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요. 이용자는 중요한 데이터를 별도로 백업(예: 내보내기 기능)할 책임이 있습니다.

You retain rights to the content you enter (schedules, memos, diary, etc.). We process it only as needed to provide the Service (e.g., sync on request). See the Privacy Policy for storage, sync and end-to-end encryption (“diary lock”). You are responsible for keeping your own backups (e.g., via export).

5. 허용되는 사용 / Acceptable use

이용자는 서비스를 법령과 본 약관에 따라 이용해야 하며, 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다: 법령 위반 또는 타인의 권리 침해, 서비스·서버·네트워크에 대한 무단 접근이나 방해, 리버스 엔지니어링·자동화된 대량 요청·보안 우회, 악성 코드 배포, 서비스의 무단 재판매. 결제 파트너의 정책(예: Polar의 사용 정책)도 함께 준수해야 합니다.

Use the Service lawfully and in line with these Terms. You must not: break the law or infringe others’ rights; gain unauthorized access to or disrupt the Service, servers or networks; reverse-engineer, scrape or bypass security; distribute malware; or resell the Service without authorization. You must also comply with our payment partner’s policies (e.g., Polar’s acceptable use policy).

6. 지적재산권 / Intellectual property

서비스의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 로고, 텍스트 등 콘텐츠(이용자 콘텐츠 제외)에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 본 약관은 이용자에게 서비스를 개인적·비상업적으로 이용할 수 있는 제한적 권리를 부여할 뿐, 소유권을 이전하지 않습니다.

The Service’s software, design, logos and content (excluding your content) belong to the Operator or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes and do not transfer ownership.

7. 정보성 콘텐츠 고지 / Informational content

서비스 및 가이드·건강·스토리 등 문서에 포함된 정보는 일반적인 정보 제공 목적이며, 의학적·법률적·재무적 조언이 아닙니다. 특히 건강 관련 글은 개인의 상태를 진단·치료하기 위한 것이 아니므로, 건강상 결정이 필요한 경우 전문가와 상담하시기 바랍니다.

Content in the Service and in our guides, health and stories articles is for general information only and is not medical, legal or financial advice. Health articles are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition; consult a professional for health decisions.

8. 보증의 부인 / Disclaimer of warranties

서비스는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 “있는 그대로(as is)” 제공되며, 운영자는 서비스가 중단 없이 오류 없이 제공되거나 특정 목적에 적합함을 보증하지 않습니다. 클라우드 동기화 및 데이터 무손실을 절대적으로 보증하지 않습니다.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that cloud sync will be free from data loss.

9. 책임의 제한 / Limitation of liability

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자는 서비스 이용과 관련한 간접·부수적·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 운영자의 총 책임은 문제가 발생한 사건 직전 12개월간 이용자가 실제로 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다. 본 조항은 소비자가 관련 법령에 따라 가지는 강행적 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you actually paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

10. 서비스 변경 및 중단 / Changes to the Service

운영자는 서비스의 기능을 개선·변경하거나 일부 또는 전부의 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 유료 기능의 중대한 중단이 있는 경우, 관련 법령 및 환불·취소 정책에 따라 처리합니다.

We may improve, change, or discontinue parts or all of the Service. If a material discontinuation affects paid features, we will handle it under applicable law and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. 준거법 및 분쟁 / Governing law

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 관련 법령이 정하는 관할 법원을 따릅니다. 결제 거래에 관하여는 판매대행자(Polar)의 약관 및 준거법이 함께 적용될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 자신의 거주 지역 소비자 보호법에 따른 권리를 보유합니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to the competent courts determined by applicable law. Polar’s terms and governing law may additionally apply to the payment transaction. You keep the rights afforded by the consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.

12. 약관 변경 / Changes to these Terms

본 약관은 법령 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 갱신될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 중요한 변경은 합리적인 방법으로 사전 고지합니다.

We may update these Terms; changes will be posted here with a new effective date, with reasonable prior notice for material changes.
