본 방침은 Circloser가 운영하는 24Houring(https://24houring.com, 이하 “서비스”)이 이용자의 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 방침에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. This policy explains how 24Houring, operated by Circloser, handles your information. By using the service you agree to this policy.

1. 기본 플래너의 기기 내 저장 / Default local storage

기본 플래너 편집에는 계정이 필요하지 않습니다. 시간표·메모·일기·환경설정의 기본 저장 위치는 이용자 브라우저(기기)의 로컬 저장소(localStorage)입니다. 로그인, 동기화 또는 서버 공유 링크를 이용하면 아래에 설명된 정보가 서버로 전송됩니다. 로컬 데이터는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제나 앱의 ‘전체 초기화’로 지울 수 있지만, 이는 이미 서버에 저장된 계정·동기화·공유 데이터 삭제를 뜻하지 않습니다.

Basic planner editing requires no account. Schedules, memos, diary and settings are saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) by default. Sign-in, sync and server-hosted share links transmit the information described below to the server. Clearing site data in your browser or using “Reset all” removes local data; it does not delete account, sync or shared data already stored on the server.

앱 잠금 (선택): 설정 › 보호에서 앱 잠금을 켜면 이 기기에서 앱을 열 때 암호를 묻습니다. 암호 자체는 저장하지 않고 그 해시값(솔트를 넣은 PBKDF2-SHA-256)만 이 기기의 로컬 저장소에 두며, 서버로 전송하거나 동기화하지 않고 백업 파일에도 넣지 않습니다. 앱 잠금은 이 기기에서 앱의 화면을 잠그는 기능이며 저장된 데이터를 암호화하지 않습니다. 홈 화면 위젯과 알림에는 적용되지 않고, 암호를 잊으면 이 기기의 데이터를 지우는 방법만 있습니다.

App lock (optional): with the app lock turned on in Settings › Protection, the app asks for a passcode when it is opened on this device. The passcode itself is not stored — only its hash (salted PBKDF2-SHA-256), kept in this device’s local storage; it is not sent to the server, not synced, and not included in backup files. The app lock locks the app’s screen on this device; it does not encrypt the stored data, and it does not cover home-screen widgets or notifications. If the passcode is forgotten, the only way back in is to erase this device’s data.

2. 로그인 및 클라우드 동기화 (선택)

이용자가 선택적으로 Google 계정으로 로그인하면 세션 유지와 이용 권한 확인에 필요한 계정 정보가 서버(Cloudflare)에 저장됩니다. 여러 기기에서 데이터를 이어 쓰는 클라우드 동기화는 Pro 이용 권한이 있는 계정에서 사용하며, 동기화를 사용하는 경우 일정 데이터도 서버에 저장됩니다. 정보의 범위는 다음과 같습니다.

기본(표준) 동기화에서는 위 데이터가 서버에 평문(암호화되지 않은 형태)으로 저장됩니다. 즉 서비스 제공·장애 대응·법령상 의무 이행에 필요한 경우, 기술적으로 운영자가 이를 열람할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이러한 목적 외에 개별 이용자의 데이터에 접근하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.

일기 잠금(종단간 암호화, E2EE)을 켜면 동기화할 일정 데이터가 이용자 기기에서 설정한 암호로 암호화된 뒤 서버에 전송됩니다. 서버에 저장된 이 동기화 암호문을 읽으려면 해당 암호화 키가 필요하며, 운영자는 이용자의 암호를 받아 복구하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 암호를 잊으면 암호화된 클라우드 기록을 복원하지 못할 수 있습니다. 이 보호는 동기화 데이터에 관한 설명이며 계정 식별 정보, 공개 공유 링크와 이미지에는 적용되지 않습니다.

로그인 쿠키: 로그인하면 브라우저에 로그인 상태를 기억하는 쿠키(sid)가 하나 저장됩니다. 페이지의 스크립트가 읽을 수 없고(HttpOnly) HTTPS로만 전송되며, 60일 동안 유효하고 앱을 쓰는 동안 60일씩 다시 연장됩니다. 서버에는 이 쿠키와 짝이 되는 세션 기록(계정, 만든 시각, 만료 시각)이 저장되며, 로그아웃하면 바로 지워지고 만료된 것은 하루 한 번 지웁니다. 로그인하는 동안에만 쓰이는 임시 쿠키(oauth_tx)는 10분 뒤 사라집니다. 이메일 주소는 Google이 확인한(verified) 주소만 저장합니다.

로그인하지 않으면 클라우드 동기화는 동작하지 않습니다. 다만 아래의 서버 공유 링크는 로그인 없이도 사용할 수 있습니다. 로그아웃 및 계정·데이터 삭제 요청은 support@24houring.com으로 접수할 수 있습니다. 계정을 삭제하면 그 계정에 묶여 서버에 있던 기록(세션, 동기화 데이터, 구독·쿠폰 상태, 알림 설정, 예전에 남긴 소식 이메일 동의 기록(소식 이메일은 종료되어 더 이상 가입을 받거나 보내지 않습니다), AI 풀이 보관함과 결제 횟수, 초대 기록, 사진 동기화로 전달을 기다리던 사진과 기기 정보)이 함께 삭제됩니다. 로그인 없이 만든 공유 링크와 홈 화면 위젯 그림은 계정과 연결되어 있지 않아 함께 지워지지 않으니, 지우려면 해당 링크를 알려 주세요.

If you optionally sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier (sub) and email on the server (Cloudflare) to keep your session and check subscription. Cross-device cloud sync is available to accounts with Pro entitlement. When sync is used, we also store sync data (schedules, diary, notes, memos, goals, records, settings), encrypted in transit via HTTPS. In standard sync this data is stored on the server as plaintext, so the operator can technically access it where necessary to provide the service, address incidents, or meet legal obligations; the operator does not access individual data otherwise. If you enable diary lock (end-to-end encryption), schedule data to be synced is encrypted on your device using your passphrase before upload. Reading this stored sync ciphertext requires the corresponding encryption key; the operator does not provide recovery by receiving your passphrase. Losing it may prevent recovery of encrypted cloud records. This protection concerns sync data, not account identifiers, public share links or images. Without signing in, no cloud sync occurs, but server-hosted sharing below can be used without an account. Account/data deletion requests: support@24houring.com.

The sign-in cookie: signing in stores one cookie (sid) that remembers you are signed in. Scripts on the page cannot read it (HttpOnly), it travels over HTTPS only, it lasts 60 days and is renewed for another 60 while you use the app. The server keeps the matching session record (account, when it was made, when it ends); signing out removes it at once, and expired ones are removed once a day. A temporary cookie used only while you sign in (oauth_tx) is gone after ten minutes. Only an email address Google has verified is stored. Deleting your account deletes everything kept for it on the server — sessions, sync data, subscription and coupon status, alarm settings, any mailing-list consent recorded earlier (the mailing list is closed: nobody can join and nothing is sent), your saved readings and their purchase counts, invitation records, and any photos still waiting to reach your devices through photo sync (with their device records). Share links and home-screen widget pictures are made without an account and are not tied to one, so they are not removed with it: tell us the link if you want one deleted.

우울 검사(PHQ-9) 결과 / PHQ-9 results

관계 탭 “나에 대하여”의 기분 페이지에서 선택해 하는 우울 검사(PHQ-9)의 결과(날짜, 9개 문항의 응답, 선택 문항)는 이용자가 기록을 선택한 경우에만 이용자 본인의 기록에 저장됩니다. 이 기록은 기기에 저장되며, Pro 동기화를 사용하는 경우에만 다른 기록과 함께 서버에 동기화되고, 일기 잠금을 켠 경우에만 암호화된 상태로 저장됩니다. 검사 결과는 그 밖의 곳으로 전송되지 않으며 통계·분석(Google Analytics 등)이나 AI 풀이에 사용되지 않습니다(통계에는 검사를 시작·완료·공유했다는 이벤트 이름만 남고 점수나 응답은 남지 않습니다). 결과 이미지는 이용자가 직접 공유를 선택한 경우에만 기기에서 만들어지며 서버에 올라가지 않습니다. PHQ-9은 선별 도구이며 진단이 아닙니다.

Results of the optional depression screening (PHQ-9) on the mood page of Relation → “About me” (the date, the nine answers and the optional question) are stored in your own record only when you choose to record them. The record is kept on your device, synced to the server with your other records only if you use Pro sync, and stored encrypted only if the diary lock is on. Results are not sent anywhere else and are not used for analytics (such as Google Analytics) or AI readings (analytics receives only the event names for starting, finishing or sharing a check — never a score or an answer). A result image is made on your device only when you choose to share it and is not uploaded. The PHQ-9 is a screening tool, not a diagnosis.

사진 동기화 (Pro, 선택) / Pro photo sync

사진(캘린더·라이프 꾸미기의 사진, 폴라로이드 앨범의 사진, 라이프 사건·부모님 사진, 관계의 사람 사진, 플레이스 핀 사진, 탭별 배경 사진)은 기본적으로 기기의 브라우저(IndexedDB)에 저장됩니다. Pro 계정에서는 사진 동기화가 기본으로 켜져 있으며(설정 › 정보 보호에서 기기마다 끌 수 있습니다), 같은 계정의 다른 기기에 없는 사진을 그 기기로 옮기기 위해 사진을 서버(Cloudflare R2)에 임시로 올립니다. 서버에는 사진 파일과 그 번호(ID)·크기·올린 시각·아직 받지 않은 기기 목록이, 그리고 기기마다 임의로 만든 기기 번호, 그 기기에 없는 사진 번호 목록, 마지막 접속 시각이 저장됩니다. 폴라로이드 앨범도 다른 꾸미기 사진과 같습니다: 캡션·기울기·위치는 동기화 데이터에 담기고, 사진은 이 사진 동기화로만 옮겨집니다. 기본 배경 그림은 환경설정의 일부로 동기화 데이터에 포함됩니다.

보관 기간: 사진은 그 사진을 기다리는 내 기기가 모두 받아 저장하는 즉시 서버에서 삭제되고, 받지 못한 기기가 있어도 올린 뒤 최대 7일이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 사진을 서버에 계속 보관하는 기능(백업)은 없으며, 7일 안에 받지 못한 기기는 다른 기기가 다음에 열릴 때 다시 전달받습니다. 기기에서 사진 동기화를 끄면 그 기기는 대기 목록에서 바로 빠지고, 30일 동안 접속하지 않은 기기의 정보는 자동으로 지워집니다. 계정을 삭제하면 기다리던 사진과 기기 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다.

암호화: 일기 잠금을 켠 경우 사진은 기기에서 일기 잠금 키(AES-256-GCM)로 암호화된 뒤 올라가므로 서버에는 암호문만 저장되며, 잠금이 풀린 내 기기에서만 열 수 있습니다. 일기 잠금을 켜지 않은 경우 사진은 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS)와 저장소 자체의 저장 암호화로만 보호되며, 서버에 머무는 동안 기술적으로 운영자가 열람할 수 있는 상태입니다(표준 동기화 데이터와 같습니다). 받는 기기는 사진의 무결성(암호문의 인증 또는 해시값)과 이미지 형식을 확인한 뒤에만 저장합니다. 운영자는 이 사진을 내 기기 사이의 전달 외의 목적(분석·학습·광고·공유 등)으로 이용하지 않습니다.

Photos (calendar and life decoration photos, polaroid album photos, life moment and parent photos, people’s photos in Relation, Place pin photos and per-tab background photos) are kept in your devices’ browsers (IndexedDB). For Pro accounts photo sync is on by default (each device can turn it off in Settings › Protection): to bring a photo to another device of the same account that lacks it, the photo is uploaded temporarily to our server (Cloudflare R2). The server keeps the photo file with its id, size, upload time and the list of devices that have not received it yet, and, for each device, a randomly made device id, the list of photo ids it lacks and when it was last seen. The polaroid album works like the other decoration photos: its captions, tilt and positions are part of the sync data, and its photos travel only through this photo sync. The default background picture is part of your settings and travels with the sync data.

How long: a photo is deleted from the server as soon as every device waiting for it has saved it, and automatically 7 days after upload at the latest, delivered or not. There is no backup that keeps photos on the server; a device that missed the 7 days gets the photo again the next time one of your other devices opens. Turning photo sync off on a device takes it off every waiting list at once, and a device not seen for 30 days is forgotten. Deleting your account deletes waiting photos and device records with it.

Encryption: with the diary lock on, each photo is encrypted on your device with the diary lock’s key (AES-256-GCM) before upload, so the server holds only ciphertext that only your unlocked devices can open. Without the diary lock, photos are protected by HTTPS in transit and the storage’s own encryption at rest only, and while they wait on the server the operator could technically read them (the same as standard sync data). A receiving device saves a photo only after checking its integrity (the ciphertext’s authentication, or its hash) and that it is an image. We use these photos for nothing but carrying them between your own devices — never for analysis, training, advertising or sharing.

구글 캘린더 불러오기 (선택) / Optional Google Calendar import

Pro 이용자가 구글 캘린더의 비공개 iCal 주소를 입력하면 해당 캘린더의 일정을 달력에 함께 볼 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 일기 잠금(종단간 암호화)을 설정한 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다. 입력한 주소는 다른 기기에서도 같은 캘린더를 보기 위해 동기화 데이터에 포함되며, 잠금이 설정되어 있으므로 기기에서 암호화된 뒤 서버에 저장됩니다. 달력을 여는 시점에 기기가 그 주소를 서비스 서버(Cloudflare Worker)로 보내고(요청 본문으로 전송되며 주소창이나 요청 URL에는 포함되지 않습니다), 서버는 구글에서 일정 데이터를 받아 기기로 전달합니다. 서버는 주소와 일정 내용을 저장하지 않으며, 요청을 줄이기 위해 응답이 최대 10분 동안 임시 캐시될 수 있습니다. 내려받은 일정 내용은 각 기기에만 보관되고 서버로 올라가지 않습니다. 불러온 일정은 읽기 전용으로만 표시되며, 서비스는 구글 캘린더에 어떤 변경도 기록하지 않습니다. 연결을 해제하면 주소와 내려받은 일정이 삭제됩니다. 이 주소는 아는 사람이면 누구나 해당 캘린더를 열람할 수 있으므로 비밀번호처럼 취급하시기 바랍니다.

A Pro user can enter the private iCal address of a Google calendar to see its events alongside their own. The feature is available only with the diary lock (end-to-end encryption) enabled. The address is included in sync data so the same calendar appears on the user’s other devices, and because the lock is on it is encrypted on the device before it is stored on the server. When the calendar is opened, the device sends the address to our server (a Cloudflare Worker) in the request body — never in the address bar or request URL — and the server fetches the calendar from Google and passes it back. The server stores neither the address nor the calendar content; a response may be cached temporarily for up to 10 minutes to limit requests. Downloaded calendar content is kept on each device and is never uploaded. Imported events are shown read-only: the service never writes anything back to Google Calendar. Disconnecting deletes the address and the downloaded events. Anyone holding this address can read that calendar, so treat it like a password.

서버 공유 링크 (선택) / Optional server-hosted sharing

서버 공유 링크를 만들면 공유 대상으로 선택한 시간표 데이터, 시간표 이름 및 생성된 경우 미리보기 이미지가 서버에 저장됩니다. 이 기능에는 로그인이 필요하지 않습니다. 남용 방지를 위해 요청 IP에서 만든 해시 값(주소 그대로가 아니라 비밀 키로 변환한 값이며, IPv6는 앞 64비트만 사용)과 생성 시각도 저장합니다. 이 해시는 한 시간의 생성 제한에만 쓰이고 그 뒤 한 시간 안에 지워집니다. 공유 링크에는 기한이 없지만, 링크를 만든 기기의 ⚙ 메뉴 ‘내가 만든 링크’에서 언제든 직접 지울 수 있습니다. 이를 위해 링크를 만들 때 삭제용 토큰이 그 기기에만 저장되고 서버에는 토큰의 해시만 보관됩니다. 미리보기 이미지는 만든 지 90일이 지나면 서버에서 지웁니다. 다른 기기에서 만들었거나 이 기능 이전에 만든 링크는 링크를 알려 문의해 주시면 지워 드립니다. 링크를 아는 사람은 공유 내용을 열람하거나 다시 전달할 수 있습니다. 일기 잠금은 이러한 공개 공유 데이터를 암호화하지 않으므로 공유 전에 개인 일정과 이름을 확인하세요.

Creating a server-hosted share link stores the selected schedule data, schedule name and a preview image when generated. No sign-in is required. A hash derived from the request IP (not the address itself: it is keyed with a secret, and only the first 64 bits of an IPv6 address are used) and the creation time are also stored to limit abuse. The hash is used only for the one-hour creation limit and is erased within the hour after that. A share link does not expire, but you can delete it yourself at any time from “Links I made” in the ⚙ menu of the device that made it: a delete token is kept on that device only, and the server keeps just a hash of it. The preview image is erased from the server 90 days after the link was made. For a link made on another device, or before this was possible, write to us with the link and we will delete it. Anyone with the link can view or forward the shared content. Diary lock does not encrypt this public share data, so check private schedule details and names before sharing.

닫힌 앱 알림 (선택, Pro) / Optional closed-app alarms

탭이 열려 있을 때 울리는 알림은 기기 안에서만 동작하며 아무것도 전송하지 않습니다. Pro의 닫힌 앱 알림(웹 푸시)을 켠 경우에만, 다음이 서버에 저장됩니다: 브라우저가 발급한 푸시 구독 정보(브라우저 제조사의 푸시 서비스 주소와 암호화 키 두 개), 그리고 알림 계획 — 시간표의 각 경계 시각(HH:MM)과 그때 보여 줄 알림 문구(블록 이름과 아이콘), 캘린더 일정 알림을 켜 두었다면 앞으로 3주 동안의 일정 알림(울릴 날짜·시각과 일정 이름, 일정의 날짜나 시각), 시간대. 서버는 매분 이 계획과 현재 시각을 맞춰 보고 알림을 보냅니다. 알림은 브라우저 제조사의 푸시 서비스(Google, Mozilla, Apple, Microsoft)를 거쳐 전달되며, 내용은 그 서비스가 읽을 수 없도록 기기의 키로 암호화되어 전송됩니다. 일기 잠금은 이 알림 문구에는 적용되지 않습니다(서버가 문구를 알아야 보낼 수 있기 때문입니다). 알림을 끄면 구독 정보와 알림 계획이 서버에서 삭제됩니다.

Alarms that ring while the tab is open work entirely on your device and send nothing. Only if you turn on Pro’s closed-app alarms (Web Push) does the server store: the push subscription your browser issues (an address at the browser maker’s push service and two encryption keys), and the alarm plan — each boundary time of your timetable (HH:MM), the text to show then (the block’s name and icon), with calendar reminders on, the reminders of the next three weeks (the date and time each rings, the entry’s name and its date or time), and your time zone. Every minute the server compares the plan with the clock and sends what is due. A notification travels through the browser maker’s push service (Google, Mozilla, Apple, Microsoft), encrypted with your device’s keys so that service cannot read it. The diary lock does not cover these alarm texts (the server has to know them to send them). Turning the alarms off deletes the subscription and the plan from the server.

홈 화면 위젯 (Android 앱, 선택) / Optional home-screen widgets

Android 앱에서 홈 화면 위젯을 놓으면, 그 위젯이 보여 줄 그림(PNG) 또는 내용이 서버에 올라갑니다. 휴대폰 위젯은 앱의 저장소를 직접 읽을 수 없기 때문입니다. 올라가는 것은 홈 화면에 놓아 둔 위젯의 것뿐이며, 놓지 않은 위젯의 것은 만들지도 올리지도 않습니다. 다만 어떤 위젯이 놓였는지 앱이 확인하지 못할 때(Android 앱 1.7 이하 버전을 쓰는 동안, 설정에서 직접 연결한 직후, 또는 휴대폰과 앱이 서로 다른 연결을 기억하고 있을 때)에는 시간표 위젯이 놓인 것으로 보고 시간표 그림을 올립니다. 그림으로 올라가는 위젯: 시간표(시간표 링 그림과 링의 위치·크기, 현재 시각 바늘의 색, 보는 범위(하루 전체·낮·밤)), 캘린더(이번 달 달력 — 일정이 있는 날마다 그 일정 색의 점 — 과 다가오는 일정 3개의 제목·날짜·시각·색), 마인드(마지막으로 연 쪽의 것, 그 쪽이 비어 있으면 내용이 있는 다른 쪽의 것, 그리고 어느 쪽인지 — 만다라트의 핵심 목표(비어 있으면 제목)·진행률·다음 실천 과제 3개(남은 과제가 없으면 세부 목표 이름 3개), 또는 비전하우스의 비전(비어 있으면 미션·장기 목표·기둥 제목 가운데 처음 적힌 것)·미션·가치와 다음 계획 2개의 제목·날짜·계획 진행 수, 또는 마인드맵의 중심 생각(비어 있으면 제목)과 첫 가지들의 이름·딸린 항목 수·체크한 항목 수), 라이프(나이와 살아온 날 수(그린 날짜와 합치면 생년월일을 알 수 있습니다), 다음·지난 사건의 제목과 날짜), 인맥(생일이 가까운 사람의 이름과 생일 날짜, 오래 연락하지 않은 사람의 이름과 연락한 뒤 지난 날 수), 경험(경험 지도의 모양과 개수, 버킷리스트 3개의 이름 — 버킷리스트가 없으면 최근 경험 3개의 이름), 플레이스(가 본·살아 본·가고 싶은 나라가 칠해진 지구본 — 집으로 정한 도시를 가운데에 두고 따로 표시하며, 다녀온 도시는 이름 없이 점으로 — 과 나라·도시 수, 세계에서 차지하는 비율, 가고 싶은 나라 수), 목표(목표 이름과 기간, 채운 시간과 목표 시간), 메모(가장 최근 메모 한 장의 내용·색·글꼴, 그 뒤 두 장의 색, 메모 개수). 그림 없이 글자로 올라가 휴대폰이 직접 그리는 위젯: 지금 · 다음(오늘 시간표 각 블록의 시각·이름·색·이모지), 디데이(제목과 날짜, 그날을 1일로 세는지, 다섯 개까지), 세계시계(고른 도시와 시간대, 다섯 곳까지), 날씨(장소 이름과 약 1km로 반올림한 좌표, 세 곳까지), 뉴스(키워드 하나와 나라). 날씨 위젯은 그 좌표를 휴대폰에서 직접 Open-Meteo로 보내 날씨를 받아 오고(이때 휴대폰의 IP가 Open-Meteo에 전달됩니다), 뉴스 위젯은 키워드와 나라를 휴대폰에서 24Houring 서버로 보내 제목 목록을 받아 옵니다(서버가 하는 일은 아래 ‘날씨·뉴스 위젯’과 같고, 제목을 누르면 해당 언론사 사이트가 브라우저로 열립니다). 함께 저장되는 값은 그리기에 필요한 것(화면 테마, 표시 언어, 그린 날짜)과 남용 방지를 위한 IP 해시(한두 시간 안에 삭제)·시각입니다. 위젯의 그림과 내용은 그 휴대폰만 아는 무작위 토큰으로만 꺼낼 수 있고, 이 토큰은 공유되는 주소에 들어가지 않으며 계정과 연결되지 않습니다. 바뀔 때마다 같은 자리에 덮어써지고(쌓이지 않습니다), 위젯을 홈 화면에서 치우면 그다음 인터넷에 연결된 채 앱을 열 때 그 위젯의 것이 서버에서 지워지며(앱 1.7 이하 버전의 시간표 그림은 연결 해제 때까지 남습니다), 앱에서 연결 해제를 누르면 모두 삭제됩니다. 연결 해제 없이 앱을 지우거나 그만 쓴 휴대폰의 것은 기한 없이 남아 있을 수 있으니, 지우려면 알려 주세요. 일기 잠금은 위젯의 그림과 내용에는 적용되지 않습니다.

When you place a home-screen widget in the Android app, the picture (PNG) or the contents it shows are uploaded to our server, because a phone widget cannot read the app’s own storage. Only what belongs to widgets on your home screen is sent; for a widget you have not placed nothing is drawn and nothing is sent. One exception: while the app cannot tell which widgets are placed (for as long as you use version 1.7 or earlier of the Android app, right after you link from Settings yourself, or while the phone and the app remember different links), it takes the timetable widget to be there and uploads the timetable picture. Widgets sent as a picture: timetable (the ring, with its position and size, the colour of the current-time hand and the span shown — the whole day, the day or the night), calendar (this month — a dot in the plan’s colour on each day that has one — and the titles, dates, times and colours of the next three plans), mind (the page you had open last or, when that one is empty, another that has something on it, and which page it is — a mandal-art’s core goal (or its title), its progress and the next three things to do (or, with none left, the names of three of its parts); or the vision house’s vision (when empty, the first of mission, long-term goal or a pillar’s title), mission and values, the titles and dates of the next two plans and how many plans are done; or a mind map’s central thought (or its title) and the names of its first branches with how many items hang under each and how many are ticked), life (your age and days lived (together with the day it was drawn for, your date of birth follows from them), and the titles and dates of the next and the latest moment), people (the names and birthday dates of those with a birthday coming, and the names of those not heard from in a while with the days since), experience (the shape of your experience map and how many there are, and the names of three bucket-list wishes — or, with none, of your three latest experiences), place (a globe with the countries you have been to, lived in or wish to visit, centred on the city you marked as home, which is shown apart, with the cities you have been to as dots without their names, and the number of countries and cities, the share of the world, and the number of countries wished for), goals (each goal’s name and period, the time put into it and its target) and memo (the text, colour and font of your newest note, the colours of the two behind it, and how many notes there are). Widgets sent as text, which the phone draws itself: now · next (the times, name, colour and emoji of each block of today’s timetable), D-day (titles and dates, whether the day itself counts as day one, up to five), world clock (the cities you chose and their time zones, up to five), weather (up to three places: the name and its position rounded to about a kilometre) and news (one keyword and its country). The weather widget sends those coordinates from the phone straight to Open-Meteo to fetch the weather (the phone’s IP address reaches Open-Meteo with them), and the news widget sends the keyword and country from the phone to the 24Houring server to fetch the headlines (what the server does with them is described under “Optional weather and news widgets” below; tapping a headline opens the publisher’s site in the browser). Stored alongside are the values needed for drawing (the theme, the display language, the day it was drawn for), plus an IP hash (erased within an hour or two) and a time, to limit abuse. A widget’s picture or contents can be fetched only with a random token that only that phone knows; the token never appears in a shareable address and is not tied to an account. Each change overwrites the same slot (nothing accumulates); taking a widget off the home screen removes what was kept for it the next time the app is opened with a connection (the timetable picture of version 1.7 or earlier stays until you unlink), and pressing Unlink in the app deletes everything. What belongs to a phone on which the app was uninstalled or stopped being used without unlinking may stay with no time limit; tell us if you want it deleted. The diary lock does not cover the widgets’ pictures and contents.

날씨·뉴스 위젯 (선택) / Optional weather and news widgets

날씨: 날씨 위젯에서 도시 이름으로 찾으면 그 검색어와 표시 언어가 Open-Meteo의 지명 검색으로(찾지 못하면 Photon(Komoot)으로) 전송됩니다. “현재 위치” 버튼을 직접 누른 경우에만 브라우저의 위치 권한을 요청해 좌표를 한 번 읽으며, 그 좌표는 소수 둘째 자리(약 1km)로 반올림한 뒤 위젯의 장소로 저장됩니다. 정확한 좌표는 저장하지도 전송하지도 않습니다(이전 버전에서 저장된 장소도 앱이 다음에 읽을 때 같은 방식으로 반올림해 다시 저장합니다). 저장된 장소(도시 이름과 반올림한 좌표)는 다른 위젯 설정과 함께 기기에 저장되고, Pro 동기화를 켠 경우 서버에도 저장됩니다(일기 잠금을 켜면 암호화). 날씨를 불러올 때마다 그 좌표가 Open-Meteo로 전송되며, 그때 이용자의 IP도 함께 전달됩니다.

뉴스: 뉴스 위젯에 적은 키워드와 나라는 24Houring 서버로 전송되고, 서버가 Microsoft Bing 뉴스에서 제목 목록을 받아 전달합니다(Bing에는 이용자의 IP가 아니라 서버가 요청합니다). 서버는 키워드를 계정과 연결해 저장하지 않으며, 같은 요청을 줄이기 위해 결과를 최대 1시간(장애 시 대체용으로 최대 7일) 임시 캐시합니다. 한 주소에서 지나치게 많은 검색이 오는 것을 막기 위해 요청 IP를 그 순간 메모리에서 세어 볼 뿐 기록하지 않습니다. 키워드 자체는 위젯 설정으로 기기에 저장되고, Pro 동기화를 켠 경우 서버에도 저장됩니다(일기 잠금을 켜면 암호화). 제목을 누르면 해당 언론사 사이트가 새 창으로 열립니다.

Weather: searching the weather widget by city name sends what you typed and your display language to Open-Meteo’s place search (and to Photon (Komoot) if it finds nothing). Only when you press the “current location” button yourself is the browser’s location permission asked for and your position read once; it is rounded to two decimals (about a kilometre) before it is saved as the widget’s place. The exact position is neither saved nor sent (a place saved by an earlier version is rounded the same way, and saved again, the next time the app reads it). The saved place (a city name and the rounded coordinates) is kept on your device with the other widget settings, and with Pro sync on it is stored on our server too (encrypted when the diary lock is on). Each time the weather is loaded those coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo, along with your IP address.

News: the keywords and country you give the news widget are sent to the 24Houring server, which fetches a list of headlines from Microsoft Bing News and passes it back (the request to Bing comes from our server, not from your IP address). The server does not store keywords against your account; to avoid repeating a request it caches a result for up to an hour (and for up to seven days as a fallback during an outage). To stop one address flooding the search, the request’s IP address is counted in memory for a moment and never written down. The keywords themselves are saved on your device as widget settings, and with Pro sync on they are stored on our server too (encrypted when the diary lock is on). Clicking a headline opens the publisher’s site in a new window.

결제·쿠폰·초대 / Payments, coupons and invitations

결제는 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Polar(polar.sh)가 처리합니다. 결제를 시작하면 24Houring의 계정 식별자와 이메일 주소가 Polar로 전달되며, 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 Polar에만 입력되고 24Houring 서버에는 전달·저장되지 않습니다. 서버에는 구독 상태와 이용 기간 종료일, Polar의 구독·고객 번호, 그리고 1회 결제(자서전·사주 풀이)의 주문 확인 번호와 남은 횟수가 저장됩니다. 영수증·환불 등 결제 기록은 Polar의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 Polar가 보관합니다.

쿠폰을 적용하면 어느 계정이 어떤 코드를 언제 썼는지와 그로 인한 Pro 기간이 저장됩니다. 코드를 추측해 맞히는 것을 막기 위해, 틀린 코드를 입력한 횟수를 계정별로 한 시간 단위로 세어 두며 하루 안에 지웁니다. 초대 링크로 들어와 새로 가입하면, 초대한 계정에 Pro 기간을 주기 위해 누가 누구를 초대했는지(두 계정의 식별자와 시각)가 저장됩니다. 초대 코드는 계정 식별자에서 만든 짧은 문자열입니다. 카드 없는 Pro 체험을 시작하면 계정에 체험 시작·종료 시각만 저장되며 결제 정보는 받지 않습니다. 한 주소에서 계정을 여러 개 만들어 반복해 받는 것을 막기 위해, 요청 IP에서 만든 해시(주소 그대로가 아니며 IPv6는 앞 64비트만 사용)로 그날의 시작 횟수를 세고 하루가 지나면 지웁니다.

Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), the merchant of record. Starting a checkout passes your 24Houring account identifier and email address to Polar; card numbers and other payment details are entered at Polar only and are never sent to or stored on the 24Houring server. Our server stores your subscription status and the end of the paid period, Polar’s subscription and customer ids, and — for one-time purchases (the memoir, the saju reading) — the order confirmation id and how many are left. Receipts, refunds and other payment records are kept by Polar under its own privacy policy.

Applying a coupon stores which account used which code and when, and the Pro period it gave. To stop codes being guessed, the number of wrong codes an account enters is counted per hour and erased within a day. Signing up through an invitation link stores who invited whom (the two account identifiers and the time), so that the inviting account can be given its Pro period. An invitation code is a short string made from the account identifier. Starting the card-less Pro trial stores only when the trial started and when it ends on your account; no payment details are taken. To stop it being taken over and over through new accounts from one address, the number of trials started that day is counted against a hash of the request IP (not the address itself; only the first 64 bits of an IPv6 address) and erased after a day.

라이프 지표 / Life metrics

라이프 탭의 지표에는 이용자가 직접 정한 지표 이름·단위와, 날짜별로 적은 값과 메모(예: 몸무게, 자산 규모, 달린 거리)가 저장됩니다. 기본은 이 브라우저에만 저장되고, Pro 동기화를 켠 경우 다른 동기화 데이터와 함께 서버에 저장됩니다(일기 잠금을 켜면 암호화). 그래프와 추세선은 기기에서 계산되며, CSV 내보내기는 기기에서 파일로 만들어집니다. 몸무게처럼 건강에 관한 값도 기록을 보관·동기화하는 데에만 쓰이고, 분석·광고·마케팅에는 쓰지 않습니다.

Life metrics keep the names and units you choose and the values and notes you enter by date (for example weight, net worth or distance run). They are saved in your browser by default, and with Pro sync on they are stored on our server with your other sync data (encrypted when the diary lock is on). Charts and trend lines are worked out on your device, and the CSV export is made on your device. Values such as your weight are used only to keep and sync your record — never for analysis, advertising or marketing.

마인드(만다라트·마인드맵·비전하우스) / Mind

마인드 탭에는 이용자가 직접 적은 만다라트(핵심 목표·세부 목표·실천 과제와 완료 여부), 마인드맵(생각의 가지), 비전하우스(비전·미션·중장기 목표·영역별 목표와 실행계획·핵심가치)가 저장됩니다. 다른 기록과 같이 기본은 이 브라우저에만 저장되고, Pro 동기화를 켠 경우 다른 동기화 데이터와 함께 서버에 저장됩니다(일기 잠금을 켜면 암호화). 이미지로 저장하는 그림은 기기에서 만들어지며, 캘린더로 보낸 항목은 캘린더 기록이 됩니다. 이 내용은 기록을 보관·동기화하는 데에만 쓰입니다.

The Mind tab keeps what you write there: mandal-arts (a core goal, sub-goals, actions and whether each is done), mind maps and your vision house (vision, mission, long-term goal, goals and plans per area, values). Like everything else it is saved in your browser by default, and with Pro sync on it is stored on our server with your other sync data (encrypted when the diary lock is on). Pictures you save are made on your device, and an item sent to the calendar becomes a calendar entry. We use it only to keep and sync your record.

라이프(인생 타임라인) / Life timeline

라이프 기능을 쓰면 본인의 생년월일(필수)·이름(선택)·기대 수명 설정, 인생의 사건과 계획(날짜, 제목, 설명, 분류, 계획 여부), 부모님 정보(어머니·아버지의 이름, 생년월일·메모는 선택), 남기고 싶은 말이 기록됩니다. 기본 저장 위치는 다른 기록과 같이 이용자 브라우저의 로컬 저장소이며, Pro 클라우드 동기화를 켜면 사진을 제외한 라이프 기록이 다른 동기화 데이터와 함께 서버에 저장됩니다(일기 잠금을 켠 경우 암호화된 상태로 저장). 사진은 위 ‘사진 동기화’에 적은 대로 내 다른 기기로 옮겨지는 동안에만 서버에 임시로 머뭅니다.

사진은 Pro에서만 넣을 수 있고, 사진을 추가한 기기의 브라우저(IndexedDB)에 저장됩니다. Pro 사진 동기화가 켜져 있으면 같은 계정의 다른 기기로 옮기기 위해 서버에 임시로만 머물며, 내 기기가 모두 받으면 즉시, 늦어도 7일 뒤 삭제됩니다(위 ‘사진 동기화’ 참고). 이미지(PNG) 내보내기와 JSON 백업 파일은 이용자의 기기에서 만들어져 이용자가 고른 위치에 저장되며, 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 이후 그 파일을 누구와 공유할지는 이용자가 정합니다.

부모님의 이름·생년월일은 이용자 본인이 아닌 제3자의 개인정보입니다. 동의를 받아 기록해 주시고, 동기화를 켜면 해당 정보가 서버에도 저장된다는 점을 알려 주시기 바랍니다. 운영자는 이 정보를 기록의 보관·동기화 외의 목적(마케팅·분석 등)으로 이용하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 기록은 이용자가 지우거나 브라우저 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 남아 있으며, 서버에 동기화된 기록은 이용자가 기록을 지우거나 계정 삭제를 요청하면 삭제됩니다.

자서전(1회 결제, 무료 맛보기): 라이프 화면에서 이용자가 직접 요청한 경우에만(결제, 요금을 내고 있는 Pro 구독자 1회 무료, 또는 첫 장 맛보기), 해당 시점의 사건 날짜·제목·설명·분류와 이름·생년월일(입력한 경우), 남기고 싶은 말, 관계·나에 대하여·일기·플레이스 기록의 요약(날짜·제목·이름·짧은 글), 이용자가 적은 요청 문구, 자서전 맞춤 질문을 받기 위한 같은 요약과 이용자가 답한 인터뷰 답변이 질문 생성과 글쓰기를 위해 Anthropic PBC의 Claude API(미국)로 전송됩니다. 사진과 부모님 정보는 전송되지 않습니다. 운영자는 전송한 내용을 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 완성된 글(맛보기 첫 장 포함)은 이용자 계정의 보관함에 작성일·구분(맛보기/결제/Pro 무료)과 함께 저장되어 나중에 목록에서 다시 열어볼 수 있으며, 이용자가 보관함에서 지우면 즉시 삭제되고 계정 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다(한 계정에 종류별 최근 50편까지 보관). 결제 내역과 사용 횟수도 기록됩니다. Anthropic은 API로 받은 내용을 모델 학습에 사용하지 않으며, 남용 방지 목적의 보관 정책은 Anthropic의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 이 기능을 쓰지 않으면 라이프 기록은 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

사주 풀이: 사주 명식(네 기둥·오행·대운)은 이용자 기기에서 계산되며, 그것만 보는 데에는 아무것도 전송되지 않습니다. 이용자가 직접 풀이를 요청한 경우에만, 생년월일·태어난 시각(입력한 경우)과 계산된 명식, 그리고 라이프·관계·나에 대하여·일기·플레이스에 쌓인 기록의 요약(날짜·제목·이름·짧은 글)이 풀이를 쓰기 위해 Anthropic PBC의 Claude API(미국)로 전송됩니다. 사진은 전송되지 않습니다. 운영자는 전송한 내용을 저장하지 않으며, 완성된 풀이만 이용자 계정의 보관함에 작성일·구분과 함께 저장되고, 이용자가 지우면 즉시 삭제됩니다. 공유 카드 이미지는 기기에서 만들어지고, 카드의 링크에는 태어난 날의 기운(일간)을 가리키는 번호 하나만 담깁니다. 다른 사람의 사주·관계(궁합) 풀이를 요청하면, 이용자가 고르거나 입력한 그 사람의 이름·생년월일·태어난 시각(입력한 경우)·성별(고른 경우)·이용자와의 사이와 기기에서 계산한 명식(관계 풀이는 이용자 본인의 생년월일·명식 포함)만 같은 방식으로 Anthropic에 전송되며, 이용자의 기록은 전송되지 않습니다. 그 사람의 생년월일 등은 서버에 저장되지 않고, 보관함에는 완성된 풀이와 목록 표시용 이름만 남습니다. 다른 사람의 정보는 그 사람이 동의할 만한 범위에서만 입력해 주세요. 풀이에서 중점적으로 보고 싶은 것(연도·주제)과 직접 적은 궁금한 점을 고른 경우 그것도 함께 전송됩니다. 궁금한 점의 글은 그 풀이에만 쓰이고 저장되지 않으며, 보관함에는 고른 연도와 주제만 목록 표시용으로 남습니다.

The Life timeline records your birthday (required), name (optional) and expected life span, the moments and plans you write (date, title, description, category, whether it is a plan), your parents’ details (mother’s and father’s names; birthday and note optional) and the words you would like to leave behind. Like everything else, these are saved in your browser by default; with Pro cloud sync on, the life record — photos excepted — is stored on the server together with your other sync data (encrypted when the diary lock is on). Photos can be added with Pro only and are kept in the browser (IndexedDB) of your devices; with Pro photo sync on, a photo waits on our server only temporarily while it travels to your other devices — deleted as soon as they all have it, and after 7 days at the latest (see “Pro photo sync” above). The PNG export and JSON backup are made on your device and saved where you choose; whom you share them with is up to you. Your parents’ names and birthdays are personal information about other people: please record them with consent, and let them know that sync also stores them on our server. We use these details only to keep and sync your record — never for marketing or analysis. Records on your device remain until you delete them or clear browser data; synced records are deleted when you delete them or ask us to delete your account.

Memoir (a single purchase, with a free taste): only when you ask for it — paid, the one free memoir a paying Pro subscription includes, or the free first page — the dates, titles, descriptions and categories of your moments, your name and birthday if you gave them, the words you would like to leave behind, a summary of what you have recorded in Relation, About me, the diary and Place (dates, titles, names, short notes) whatever you asked of the writer, and — to get your own interview questions — the same summary and the interview answers you give are sent to Anthropic PBC’s Claude API (United States) so that the text can be written. Photographs and your parents’ details are not sent. We do not store what was sent. The finished text (the free first page included) is kept in your account’s saved list, with its date and how it was paid for (taste, paid or Pro free), so you can open it again later; deleting it from the list removes it at once, and deleting your account removes them all (up to the latest 50 of each kind are kept). The purchase and how many were written are recorded too. Anthropic does not train models on API content; its own privacy policy governs how long it keeps anything for abuse monitoring. If you never use this feature, your life record is never sent anywhere.

Saju reading: the chart itself (the four pillars, the five elements, the ten-year periods) is worked out on your device, and nothing is sent to see it. Only when you ask for a written reading are your birth date and hour (if you gave it), the calculated chart and a summary of what you have recorded in Life, Relation, About me, the diary and Place (dates, titles, names, short notes) sent to Anthropic PBC’s Claude API (United States) to write it. Photographs are not sent. We do not store what was sent; only the finished reading is kept in your account’s saved list, with its date and how it was paid for, and deleting it removes it at once. The share card image is made on your device, and the link on it carries only a single number naming the element of your birth day. When you ask for a reading of someone else’s saju, or of your relationship with them, only that person’s name, birth date, hour (if given), gender (if chosen) and how you know them, with the chart worked out on your device (and, for a relationship reading, your own birth date and chart), are sent to Anthropic in the same way; your records are not sent. Their birth details are not stored on our server: your saved list keeps only the finished reading and their name as its label. Please enter another person’s details only as far as they would be comfortable with. If you choose what the reading should focus on (a year, topics) or write a question of your own, that is sent too. Your question is used for that one reading and not stored; your saved list keeps only the chosen year and topics, as a label.

풀이 전문 공유 링크 (선택): 사주 풀이나 자서전 작성이 끝나면 그 풀이 한 편을 여는 링크(추측할 수 없는 무작위 주소)가 자동으로 만들어져 풀이 아래에 표시됩니다. 예전 풀이는 ‘전문 공유 링크 만들기’를 누를 때 만들어집니다. 링크는 이용자가 주소를 다른 사람에게 보내기 전까지는 아무에게도 전달되지 않습니다. 링크를 아는 사람은 로그인 없이 그 풀이의 전문을 읽을 수 있으며, 풀이에는 이름·관계·인생의 사건 등이 담겨 있을 수 있습니다. 링크 페이지에는 풀이와 작성일만 보이고 계정 정보는 나오지 않으며, 검색 엔진에 노출되지 않도록 표시됩니다. 링크에는 기한이 없지만, 같은 풀이 아래의 ‘링크 끄기’, 풀이 삭제, 계정 삭제 중 하나로 즉시 열 수 없게 됩니다. 다른 사람에 관한 사주 풀이를 공유할 때는 그 사람의 동의를 받아 주세요.

사주 풀이 맛보기(무료): 하루 한 번 받을 수 있는 짧은 맛보기는 생년월일·태어난 시각(입력한 경우)·이름(입력한 경우)과 계산된 명식만 전송하며, 라이프·관계·일기 등의 기록은 보내지 않습니다. 맛보기도 AI 풀이 보관함에 저장됩니다.

Saju taste (free): the short taste, once a day, sends only your birth date, hour and name (if given) and the calculated chart — none of your Life, Relation or diary records. The taste is kept in your readings list too.

Full-text link to a reading (optional): when a saju reading or a memoir has been written, a link to that one reading (a random address that cannot be guessed) is made automatically and shown under it; for an older reading it is made when you press “Make a link to the full text”. Nobody receives the link unless you send the address to them. Anyone with the link can read the whole reading without signing in, and a reading may contain names, relationships and events of your life. The page shows the reading and its date only, nothing of your account, and asks search engines not to index it. A link does not expire, but it stops working at once when you turn it off under the same reading, delete the reading, or delete your account. Please ask before sharing a reading about somebody else.

관계(관계 지도) / Relation map

관계 기능을 쓰면 이용자가 직접 적은 사람의 이름, 분류(가족·친구·직장·그 외), 관계 설명, 가까운 정도, 생일, 마지막 연락일, 메모, 사람 사이의 연결이 기록됩니다. 기본 저장 위치는 다른 기록과 같이 이용자 브라우저의 로컬 저장소이며, Pro 클라우드 동기화를 켜면 사진을 제외한 관계 기록이 함께 서버에 저장됩니다(일기 잠금을 켠 경우 암호화된 상태로).

The Relation map records the names you write down, their group (family, friends, work, other), how you know them, how close they are, their birthday, when you last had contact, a note, and any lines you draw between people. Like everything else it is saved in your browser by default; with Pro sync on it is stored on our server too — photos excepted — and encrypted when the diary lock is on. Most of this is personal information about other people. Nobody is ever notified that they are on your map, we never show it to another user, and we use it only to keep and sync your record — never for marketing, analysis or matching people to each other. Please only add photographs the person has agreed to. Photos are Pro-only and are kept in the browser of your devices; they pass through our server only temporarily while Pro photo sync carries them to your other devices (see “Pro photo sync” above). The PNG and JSON exports are made on your device, and before either is made we say plainly that other people’s names are in it. Records on your device remain until you delete them or clear browser data; synced records are deleted when you delete them or ask us to delete your account.

경험(경험 지도) / Experience map

관계 탭의 경험에는 이용자가 고른 경험 항목(기본 목록의 항목 번호, 또는 직접 추가한 경험의 이름과 카테고리), 상태(경험함 / 해보고 싶음), 단계(살짝 맛봄 ~ 나의 일부), 처음 해본 시기(연도 또는 연·월), 한 줄 메모가 저장됩니다. 버킷리스트에 올린 날과 해낸 날, 직접 바꾼 단계 이름, 그리고 "지난 모습" 비교를 위해 한 해에 하나씩 남는 그해의 모습(어떤 경험이 어느 단계에 있었는지뿐이며 메모·날짜는 담기지 않습니다)도 같은 기록 안에 함께 저장됩니다. 다른 기록과 같이 기본은 이 브라우저에만 저장되고, Pro 동기화를 켠 경우 다른 동기화 데이터와 함께 서버에 저장됩니다(일기 잠금을 켜면 암호화). 지도와 공유 이미지는 기기에서 그려지며, 이미지에는 경험한 항목과 카테고리·단계 이름만 담기고 고르지 않은 항목·해보고 싶은 항목·메모는 들어가지 않습니다. 이 기능은 외부 서버나 AI에 아무것도 보내지 않으며, 기록은 보관·동기화에만 쓰입니다.

The Experience map (in the Relation tab) keeps the experiences you pick (the id of an item on the default list, or the name and category of one you add yourself), whether it is done or wished for, its level (from “just a taste” to “part of me”), when you first did it (a year, or a year and month) and a one-line note. The same record also keeps the day a wish went on your bucket list and the day it came true, any ring names you write yourself, and — for comparing with past years — one small shape per year (only which experiences stood on which ring; no notes or dates). Like everything else it is saved in your browser by default, and with Pro sync on it is stored on our server with your other sync data (encrypted when the diary lock is on). The map and the picture you can share are drawn on your device; the picture holds only what you have done, the category names and the ring names — never unpicked items, wishes or notes. This feature sends nothing to any outside server or AI, and the record is used only to keep and sync it.

플레이스(장소 지도) / Place map

플레이스 기능을 쓰면 이용자가 직접 표시한 가 본 나라(국가 코드·첫 방문 연도·거주 여부·메모), 도시(이름·좌표), 핀(이름·분류·좌표·날짜·메모·사진·함께 간 사람·연결된 라이프 사건)이 기록됩니다. 기본 저장 위치는 이용자 브라우저의 로컬 저장소이며, Pro 클라우드 동기화를 켜면 사진을 제외한 기록이 함께 서버에 저장됩니다(일기 잠금을 켠 경우 암호화된 상태로). 핀 사진은 위 ‘사진 동기화’에 적은 대로 내 다른 기기로 옮겨지는 동안에만 서버에 임시로 머뭅니다.

위치는 자동으로 수집하지 않습니다. 자동 위치 추적, 방문 감지, 사진 EXIF 좌표 자동 수집 기능은 없습니다. 브라우저의 위치 권한은 이용자가 “내 위치” 버튼을 누르거나, 플레이스 탭 버튼의 하위 메뉴에서 “지역”을 고를 때만 요청되며, 그때마다 좌표를 한 번 읽어 지도를 그 자리로 옮기고 점을 하나 찍습니다(“지역”은 내 위치를 가운데에 둔 지도를 여는 메뉴입니다. 권한을 거부하거나 위치를 알 수 없으면 집으로 지정한 곳, 마지막으로 꽂은 핀, 또는 표시 언어의 대표 도시 순으로 대신 엽니다). 한 번 허용해 둔 경우에는, 플레이스 탭을 열 때 지도를 그 자리에서 시작하기 위해 좌표를 한 번 더 읽습니다(권한을 새로 묻지 않으며, 허용해 둔 상태가 아니면 읽지 않습니다). 플레이스 지도에서 읽은 그 좌표는 저장되지도, 전송되지도 않습니다 — 핀으로 남기려면 지도를 눌러 직접 꽂아야 하고, 그렇게 꽂은 좌표만 기록됩니다. (위치 권한을 쓰는 곳은 이 지도와 날씨 위젯의 “현재 위치” 버튼 두 곳뿐이며, 날씨 위젯은 위 ‘날씨·뉴스 위젯’에 적은 대로 약 1km로 반올림한 좌표를 저장하고 Open-Meteo에 보냅니다.) 권한을 거부해도 지도를 눌러 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다. 나라와 도시 목록은 앱에 함께 담긴 Natural Earth(퍼블릭 도메인) 데이터에서 먼저 찾습니다. 그 목록에 없는 작은 지명을 찾기 위해 ‘인터넷에서 찾기’ 버튼을 직접 누른 경우에만, 입력한 검색어와 표시 언어가 OpenStreetMap Nominatim 서버로 전송됩니다(그때 IP도 함께 전달됩니다). 타이핑하는 동안 자동으로 보내지 않으며, 이용자의 기록이나 위치는 함께 보내지 않습니다. 핀 지도의 배경 타일은 OpenStreetMap에서 불러오므로, 그때 이용자의 IP와 보고 있는 지도 영역이 OpenStreetMap 서버에 전달됩니다. 전달되는 것은 타일 요청뿐이며, 이용자의 기록은 함께 보내지 않습니다(지구본으로 물러나면 타일을 쓰지 않아 아무것도 전달되지 않습니다). 집·직장 위치가 담길 수 있으므로 그림이나 백업을 공유하기 전에 확인하도록 안내합니다. 기기에 저장된 기록은 이용자가 지우거나 브라우저 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 남아 있으며, 서버에 동기화된 기록은 이용자가 지우거나 계정 삭제를 요청하면 삭제됩니다.

The Place map records the countries you colour in (code, first year, whether you lived there, a note), the cities you add (name and coordinates) and your pins (name, kind, coordinates, date, note, photo, who was there, and any life moment it belongs to). Saved in your browser by default; with Pro sync on it is stored on our server too — photos excepted — and encrypted when the diary lock is on (pin photos pass through our server only temporarily, as described under “Pro photo sync” above). No location is ever collected automatically: there is no tracking, no visit detection and no reading coordinates out of photographs. The browser’s location permission is asked for only when you press the "where I am" button or choose “Area” from the Place tab button’s sub-menu; each time it reads your position once, moves the map there and draws a dot. (“Area” opens the map centred on where you are; if you decline, or the position cannot be found, it opens instead on the place you set as home, then the pin you dropped last, then a major city for your display language.) Where you have already granted it, opening the Place tab reads your position once more so the map starts where you are — it never asks again, and where permission has not been granted it does not read at all. The position read on the Place map is neither saved nor sent anywhere — to keep a place you tap the map and drop a pin yourself, and only what you drop is recorded. (Location permission is used in two places only: this map, and the weather widget’s “current location” button — which, as described under “Optional weather and news widgets” above, saves the position rounded to about a kilometre and sends that to Open-Meteo.) Decline the permission and the map still works exactly the same way. Countries and cities are looked up first in the Natural Earth (public domain) data that ships with the app. For the smaller places that list does not hold, pressing the “look up online” button — and only pressing it — sends what you typed and your display language to OpenStreetMap Nominatim, along with your IP address. Nothing is sent while you type, and none of your own record goes with it. The pin map loads its background tiles from OpenStreetMap, so your IP address and the area you are looking at reach their servers while you use it. What leaves is the tile request and nothing of your own record — and zoomed out to the globe there are no tiles at all, so nothing is sent. Because your home and your workplace may be on it, we say so before an export is made. Records on your device remain until you delete them or clear browser data; synced records are deleted when you delete them or ask us to delete your account.

Google Analytics

24Houring 앱은 서비스 개선을 위해 Google Analytics 4로 방문·기능 사용 통계를 수집합니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스에서 접속한 경우에는 이용자가 ⚙ 메뉴의 “사용 통계 보내기”를 직접 켜기 전까지 Google Analytics를 불러오지 않습니다. 그 밖의 지역에서는 기본으로 켜져 있으며, 같은 메뉴에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 접속 지역은 Cloudflare가 요청에 붙이는 국가 코드로만 판단하며 저장하지 않습니다.

Google Analytics는 통계를 위해 쿠키(_ga 등)를 사용합니다. 광고 저장소, 광고 개인화, Google 신호는 사용하지 않습니다. Google에 보내는 페이지 주소에서는 공유 코드와 로그인·결제 복귀 정보를 지우고 캠페인(utm) 값만 남기며, 시간표·일기·일정 내용은 보내지 않습니다. Google의 처리 방식은 Google 파트너 사이트의 데이터 사용 안내에서 볼 수 있고, Google 애널리틱스 차단 부가기능으로도 거부할 수 있습니다.

The 24Houring app uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and feature use. Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland do not load Google Analytics unless they turn on “Send usage statistics” in the ⚙ menu; elsewhere it is on by default and can be turned off in the same menu at any time. The region is judged only from the country code Cloudflare attaches to the request, which we do not store. Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga. Advertising storage, ad personalization and Google signals are off. The page address sent to Google has share codes and sign-in/checkout return details removed, keeping only campaign (utm) values, and no schedule, diary or calendar content is sent. 24Houring은 광고 없이 Pro 구독만으로 운영됩니다. 앱과 안내 페이지(가이드·블로그 등) 어디에도 광고를 싣지 않으며, 광고 스크립트·광고 쿠키·광고 식별자를 사용하지 않고, 이용자 정보를 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 이 방침이 바뀌는 경우에는 적용 전에 이 페이지를 먼저 갱신합니다.

24Houring is funded by Pro subscriptions alone and carries no advertising. Neither the app nor the reading pages (guides, blog and similar) show ads; no advertising script, advertising cookie or advertising identifier is used, and no information about you is passed to anyone for advertising. Should that ever change, this page will be updated before it does.

익명 사용 횟수 / Anonymous usage counts

이와 별도로 24Houring 서버는 “캘린더 열기”, “Pro 안내 열림” 같은 기능 사용 횟수만 날짜별로 집계합니다. 집계에는 이벤트 이름과 한 단어짜리 구분값(예: 어느 화면에서 Pro 안내가 열렸는지)만 담기며, 앱을 연 횟수는 접속한 나라(Cloudflare가 요청에 붙이는 두 글자 국가 코드)와 그 기기 시계의 시(0–23시)별로도 한 번 더 셉니다(2026-10-13부터). 계정·기기 식별자, IP 주소, 쿠키, 시간표·일기·일정 내용은 저장하지 않습니다(한 주소에서 지나치게 많은 집계 요청이 오는 것을 막기 위해 요청 IP를 그 순간 메모리에서 세어 볼 뿐, 기록하지 않습니다). 이 집계는 제3자 분석 도구가 아닌 24Houring 자체 서버에서 처리되며, 개인을 식별하거나 추적하는 데 쓰지 않습니다. 같은 방식으로, 앱은 하루 한 번 이 기기에 어떤 종류의 기록(일기, 캘린더 일정, 라이프, 폴라로이드 앨범, 미니 펫 등)이 있는지와 전날 이후 바뀌었는지만 알려 옵니다. 항목 수와 내용은 보내지 않으며, 바뀌었는지 판단하는 데 쓰는 요약값은 기기 안에만 남습니다. Pro 동기화를 쓰는 계정은 서버에 올라온 동기화 데이터에서 종류별 항목 수(예: 일기 12일, 사람 30명)만 따로 세어 서비스 운영 통계에 사용합니다. 일기 잠금(종단간 암호화)을 켠 계정은 이 수도 셀 수 없어 ‘암호화됨’으로만 집계됩니다. 이 통계는 운영자(관리자 계정)만 볼 수 있으며, 개수와 횟수만 보여 줄 뿐 기록의 내용은 보여 주지 않습니다. ⚙ 메뉴의 “사용 통계 보내기”는 위의 Google Analytics와 함께 앱이 보내는 기능 사용 횟수와 하루 한 번의 기록 종류 알림에도 적용됩니다. 꺼져 있으면(EEA·영국·스위스에서는 직접 켜기 전까지) 이 둘을 보내지 않고, 기록 종류 요약값도 기기에 만들지 않습니다. 동기화 데이터의 항목 수는 동기화를 쓰는 동안 서버에서 세어집니다. (이 집계는 2026-10-02부터 2026-10-07까지 중단되었다가 다시 시작되었습니다.)

Separately, the 24Houring server keeps daily counts of feature use, such as “opened the calendar” or “Pro offer shown”. A count holds only the event name and a one-word tag (for example, which screen showed the Pro offer); app opens are also counted once more by country (the two-letter code Cloudflare puts on the request) and the hour on the device’s clock (0–23), since 2026-10-13. No account or device identifier, IP address, cookie, or schedule, diary or calendar content is stored (the request’s IP address is counted in memory for a moment to stop one address flooding the counter, and is never written down). The counts are processed by 24Houring’s own server, not a third-party analytics tool, and are not used to identify or follow any individual. In the same way, once a day the app reports which kinds of record exist on the device (diary, calendar events, life moments, the polaroid album, pets and so on) and whether each changed since the day before — never how many or what they say; the fingerprint used to tell a change stays on the device. For accounts using Pro sync, the server also counts the number of items of each kind in the synced data (for example, 12 diary days or 30 people) for service statistics. Accounts with the diary lock (end-to-end encryption) cannot be counted and are recorded only as encrypted. Only the operator (an admin account) can see these statistics, and they show counts only, never what anything says. “Send usage statistics” in the ⚙ menu covers Google Analytics, above, and also the feature-use counts and the once-a-day report of record kinds that the app sends. While it is off (and in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland until you turn it on), neither is sent and no record-kind fingerprint is kept on the device. The item counts in synced data are taken on the server while you use sync. (These counts were paused from 2026-10-02 to 2026-10-07 and have resumed.)

최근 변경(2026-10-05): Pro 사진 동기화(사진을 내 다른 기기로 옮기는 동안만 서버에 임시 보관, 최대 7일)를 추가하고, 사진이 서버로 가지 않는다고 적었던 라이프·관계·플레이스 설명을 고쳤습니다. 2026-10-07부터 폴라로이드 앨범의 사진도 다른 꾸미기 사진과 같은 방식으로 옮겨집니다. 2026-10-13: 앱을 연 횟수를 나라·현지 시각(시)별로도 셉니다. 2026-10-14: Pro 닫힌 앱 알림에 캘린더 일정 알림(앞으로 3주)이 함께 올라갑니다. 2026-10-07: 익명 사용 횟수와 기록 종류·항목 수 집계(관리자 통계)를 다시 시작했습니다.

Latest change (2026-10-05): added Pro photo sync (photos kept on our server only while they travel to your other devices, 7 days at most) and corrected the Life, Relation and Place sections that said photos never reach the server. Since 2026-10-07 polaroid album photos travel the same way as the other decoration photos. 2026-10-07: the anonymous usage counts and the counts of kinds and items of records (admin statistics) have resumed. 2026-10-13: app opens are also counted by country and local hour. 2026-10-14: Pro closed-app alarms also carry the calendar’s reminders for the next three weeks.
