인생 타임라인: 부모님에서 오늘, 앞으로의 계획까지 한 줄로
24Houring은 하루(원형 시간표)와 한 달(캘린더)에 이어 세 번째 시간 배율인 라이프를 제공합니다. 부모님에서 시작해 지나온 인생의 사건, 오늘, 앞으로의 계획, 그리고 선이 끝나는 곳에 남기고 싶은 말까지 — 하나의 긴 세로 선 위에 기록합니다.
생년월일 하나로 시작합니다
처음 열면 생년월일만 묻습니다. 입력하는 즉시 출생 마커, 오늘 마커, 10년 단위 연대 라벨이 달린 타임라인이 그려지고, 기대 수명(기본 90세)까지 앞으로의 구간이 점선으로 이어집니다.
지나온 사건과 앞으로의 계획
- 한 줄 위의 교차 배치 — 넓은 화면에서는 가운데 선을 기준으로 사건이 좌우로 번갈아 놓이고, 휴대폰에서는 왼쪽 선 오른편에 차례로 놓입니다.
- 선 위에서 바로 추가 — 선에 마우스를 올리면 반투명한 + 원이 나타나고, 누르면 그 해에 사건을 추가합니다. 휴대폰에서는 선을 누르거나 오늘 표시 아래의 +를 누릅니다.
- 아는 만큼의 날짜 — 날짜를 연·월·일 중 아는 데까지만 적을 수 있습니다. 연도만 알면 나이는 “약 25세”처럼 표시됩니다. 학업·재직처럼 기간이 있는 일은 종료일도 넣습니다.
- 과거는 실선, 미래는 점선 — 오늘 이후 날짜는 자동으로 계획이 되어 점선 마커와 옅은 글씨로 보이고, 날짜가 지나면 기록으로 바뀝니다.
- 분류와 필터 — 가족·학업·일·관계·건강·여행·성취·집 등 분류마다 색과 아이콘이 있고, 오른쪽 아래의 필터 버튼으로 원하는 분류만 볼 수 있습니다. 중요한 사건은 요약 줄에 고정합니다.
- 부모님 — 맨 위에 어머니와 아버지가 나란히 놓이고, 두 갈래가 합쳐져 내 선이 시작됩니다.
남기고 싶은 말
선이 끝나는 곳에서, 가족과 소중한 사람에게 남기고 싶은 이야기를 적습니다.
이미지와 백업
상단의 내보내기를 누르면 타임라인 전체를 세로로 긴 PNG 한 장(폭 2160px)으로 저장하거나 휴대폰에서 바로 공유할 수 있습니다. 가족의 이름·생년월일 같은 개인정보가 담길 수 있어, 저장 전에 확인 단계를 거칩니다. 이미지는 기기 안에서 만들어지며 서버로 보내지지 않습니다.
평생 쓰는 기록이라 백업이 중요합니다. 라이프 기록은 기본적으로 이 브라우저에 저장되며, 사진은 Pro 동기화를 켜도 서버에 올라가지 않고 이 기기에만 있습니다. 내보내기에서 받은 JSON 백업(사진 포함)으로 다른 기기나 브라우저에서 그대로 복원할 수 있습니다. 사건이 10개를 넘었는데 30일 넘게 백업이나 동기화가 없으면 화면 위에 알림이 뜹니다.
부모님 정보와 개인정보
부모님의 이름·생년월일은 나의 기기에 저장됩니다. Pro 동기화를 켜면 서버에도 저장되므로, 부모님의 동의를 받아 기록해 주세요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.

사진도 동기화되나요?
아니요. 사진은 Pro여도 서버에 저장되지 않고, 추가한 기기에만 저장됩니다. JSON 백업에는 사진이 함께 담기므로, 백업 파일로 옮기면 다른 기기에서도 사진이 보입니다.

A life timeline: your parents, your days so far and what comes next — on one line
After the day (the circular timetable) and the month (the calendar), 24Houring adds a third time scale: Life. Start from your parents, record the moments you have lived, see today, lay out the plans ahead, and — where the line ends — write the words you would like to leave behind.
It starts with your birthday
The first visit asks only for your birthday. The line appears at once: a birth marker, today’s marker, a label for every decade, and a dashed stretch ahead up to your expected life span (90 by default).
Moments behind you and plans ahead
- Alternating on one line — on a wide screen moments alternate left and right of a centre line; on a phone they run down the right of a line on the left.
- Add right on the line — hover over the line and a faint + circle appears; click it to add a moment in that year. On a phone, tap the line or the + under today.
- Dates as precise as you know them — a year, a month or a whole date. With only the year, the age reads “about 25”. Spans like school or a job take an end date.
- Solid past, dashed future — anything after today is a plan, shown lighter with a dashed marker, and becomes a record once the day has passed.
- Categories and filters — family, education, work, relationships, health, travel, achievements, home and more, each with a colour and an icon. The round filter button in the corner shows only the categories you pick. Pin important moments to the summary line.
- Parents — your mother and father sit side by side at the top, and their two lines meet to begin yours.
Words to leave behind
Where the line ends, write what you would like to leave to your family and the people you love.
Image and backup
Export at the top saves the whole timeline as one tall PNG (2160 px wide), or shares it from a phone, after a check that you are happy to share your parents’ names and birthdays. The image is drawn on your device and never uploaded. Your life record is saved in this browser; a JSON backup (photos included) restores it on any device or browser, and a banner reminds you when there are 10+ moments and no backup or sync for 30 days.
Questions
Is it free?
The timeline, up to 30 moments and your parents, filters, the ending note, the image and the JSON backup are free. Unlimited moments, adding photos and sync are Pro. Reaching a limit never removes what you have written.
Do photos sync?
No. Even with Pro, photos are never stored on our server — they stay on the device that added them. The JSON backup carries them, so restoring it brings the pictures to another device.
